Writer, composer, filmmaker, and director, Sweeney Gray, was originally born in Bakersfield, CA in 1991. In 2015, he relocated to Denver, Colorado with his husband, Stephen, where he began writing and producing horror films and literature. His first film, Hardly Romantic, successfully premiered in 2016 at the Bloodstained Horror Film Fest, and his short film, The Bridges, won the Most Disturbing award at the 2017 Indie Horror Film Festival. He received a degree in Geography and Arctic Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2020 and has written and published scientific articles as well as horror films.
