HalftoberCrest Maibock

Release April 4th

In celebration of "halfway to OktoberCrest,” we’re excited to announce the re-release of the HalftoberCrest Maibock. In German, “Mai" is the month of May, and “bock” literally translates to “billy goat,” a symbol of strength and a play on the Bavarian way of pronouncing “Einbock.” It’s the springtime strong, pale lager with a delightful taste that complements the crisp spring months when the sun starts to show its face, and the flowers slowly come out from hiding. Ours is brewed traditionally, with a long mash rest, a long boil, and a very long lagering time, which builds up the subtle, delicate flavors the style is known for. Hoist a stein of liquid gold with us this spring and cheer on the coming of the sun.

Social Pils

The Social Pils, a West Coast Pilsner, is a highly crushable American lager crafted with Cryo Citra and Abstrax Citra hops.

This pilsner was made to crush with friends on a sunny deck, at a beach bonfire, or on a boat on the bay. All the hops are added after the boil to preserve their fruity and floral aroma. Perfect with a steaming-hot pizza in the beer tent, the Social Pils is meant to be enjoyed in the company of friends, new and old.
